CrewFactory
Multi-agent AI development platform
CrewFactory is a self-hosted multi-agent platform powered by Qwen Cloud. You create agents with roles and system prompts, connect them into group channels with configurable routing and negotiation protocols, and measure their collaboration efficiency against single-agent baselines. It was built for the Qwen Cloud Hackathon 2026 (Track 3 — Agent Society).

Problem
Multi-agent frameworks make you edit code or YAML to define a crew, and offer no way to measure whether the collaboration actually beats a single agent.
Solution
A deterministic negotiation state machine (not LLM guesswork), Slack-like live channels with @mention routing, and a built-in A/B/C benchmarking lab that scores quality, efficiency and negotiation against single-agent baselines.
Capabilities shipped
Multi-agent channels
Hierarchical roles (lead, senior, member, observer) with @mention routing and reply modes.
Algorithmic negotiation
Regex-driven agreement/counter/rejection state machine with automatic arbiter escalation.
Efficiency laboratory
A/B/C comparison: single-agent baseline vs horizontal vs hierarchical, with LLM-Judge scoring.
MCP integration
Ten catalog servers over stdio and HTTP/SSE, loaded as native agent tools.
Real-time streaming
Single shared WebSocket with reconnect, keepalive and an offline message queue.
Qwen Cloud native
Direct DashScope API with reasoning, vision and image generation models.
